And a photogenic parrot it was I'd say, captured for posterity by Orgill photo studio in Hartford, CT, which seems to have operated in the 1880s 90s. Nicely atmospheric, and looks from the back as if it was glued into a family photo album, like a portrait of a belived family member. 4 1 4 x 6 1 2. A few stains, most prominently along the left edge near the center.
