Curious Cast Lead Knight (or Peter Pan?) Meerschaum and is in perfect condition

and is in perfect condition inside and out but for two tiny tiny chips on one side of the lip

And then this great waif of a woman with crossed arms and pointed feet

Good condition with a nice patina and a nice weight

and has a bit of a sheen to it

I don't know what to say

Curious Cast Lead Knight (or Peter Pan?) Meerschaum and is in perfect conditionI have no idea the origins of their strange fellow, who immediately made me think of Peter Pan, though I'd guess he was meant to be a knight. He's made of lead and has one hole in his back which I'd guess screwed to something, perhaps making him a bookend or a doorstop? I especially like him in silhouette, looking reverent and surreal and a bit Sphinx like to me, and he would certainly make a good bookend or doorstop just as he is. 8 1 8" t x 3 5 8" w
