Part of what I think makes it great is its utter impracticality--this thing weighs about 10 pounds

and he is sturdily attached to his base which sits flush

clinical looking dark green box with silvery white print and one initial--"A" for automobile in this case

Clipped left corners as evident

but I’ve never seen one like this

Feels like the embodiment of pride and loyalty in perfect proportion to one another, too. And perfect aging to that creamy white paint. C. 1940s I believe and not a doorstop, just a cutout mounted to wooden base, painted on both sides. I'd situate him near the front door waiting patiently to welcome one home! 8 1 4" x 2 3 8" x 6 3 4" t. Good condition, with one minor spot of paint loss to one side of the green base.
